Refund Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should you decide to return an item, you have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to do so. Please be aware that returns initiated after this 30-day period cannot be accepted. For a return to be eligible, all clothing must be sent back in its original, clean condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.
For standard returns, please note that you will be refunded only the price of the product; any shipping costs and additional fees are non-refundable. For example, if you bought a sweater for $80 and paid $20 for shipping, the total cost being $100, your refund amount would be $80. The $20 shipping fee is kept.
However, if your return is due to a complication on our end, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund of the entire purchase amount. To process a full refund, you must provide clear evidence of the issue. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
